Q: Where are your products made?
A: Our products are all handmade in Oakland, Ca. from domestic and imported materials.
Q: What are your products made of?
A: Most of our products are made from 100% cotton flannel. We use flannel because of its absorbency, softness, and compostable. The liner for our snack bags, and bowl covers is a ripstop nylon, and is lightweight and water resistent. The thread is rescued cotton thread from our local reuse store in Oakland, Ca.
Q: How do I wash/care for my reusables?
A: For best results wash with cold water and like colors. Tumble dry on low, or air dry. We recomend stripping your towels once or twice a year.

Q: Can I cancel my order?A: Orders may not be canceled after shipping. If you order has not shipped, please use the CONTACT FORM include your order number so we may issue a cancellation, and refund.
Q: What if my order has already shipped? can i still cancel?
A: Unfortunately once your order has shipped we cannot cancel. Please refer to our Refunds/Exchanges poly for refunds and returns.
Shipping:
Q: What kind of packaging do you use?A: We ship plastic free ALWAYS. All orders are shipped using certified home compostable, fully biodegradable mailer bags. Made partially from plants.
Q: How do you ship?
A: We ship with USPS and will always provide a tracking number.
Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: We charge a flat rate of $4 for shipping plus an additional $1 for additional items.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: As of now we only ship domestically to all 50 states.
Q: Something is missing from my order. What do I do?
A: We handpack all items, but if for some reason you are missing an item, please use the CONTACT FORM along with your order number so we may resolve this as soon as possible.
Refunds/ Exchanges:
Q: Do you do refunds and/or returns?A: We only accept unopened packages for refunds. You can return the unopened package for a refund, excluding shipping costs (conditions apply). Use our CONTACT FORM to start your return/refund process, and include your order number. We will process a refund when we receive the unopened package. If package comes opened, has missing items, or the product has been used. A refund will be denied.
Q: I got the wrong item, can i exchange it?
A: We do not do exchanges. Please double check your cart to make sure you have the correct items before checking out.
